Hey all. After it got cold this winter, my steering has been acting funny. When I am stopped or going slow and turn my steering vibrates and it sounds like a belt is losing a grip or something. So I tightened the belt as much as I could and it still has the problem. The power steering fluid was at the correct level as far as I can tell. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can check that might be causing this issue? Its very annoying

could be your lower ball joints. Is it like a grinding/rubbing noise? Mine started to happen when it got cold...

Yeah it is a grinding/rubbing noise and when I turn if stopped or driving slow it vibrates. My car had the recall done on that though. How much do new balljoints cost? Are they easy to replace? Also, do they screw up your alignment?
