View Full Version : Quick flashing turn signals

Well i just isntalled led 1157's in my turn signals and they blink excessively fast when i put the blinker on but normal if i put the hazards on, i put in my old bulbs and it doesnt do it, any suggestions on how to get it to normal flashin pattern, thanks.

You need to put resistors in the taillamp wiring. The LEDs have much less resistance in them than the normal incandesant bulbs, and they make the flash module think there is a blown bulb. It flashes faster to alert you to the problem. If I can find the link to my previous discussion on this, I'll post it up...
