It's probably your lowert ball joint. There was a recall on this so if you take it to any mitsu dealer they will fix it for free

Scratch that. Went to the mitsu dealer b/c I've got the same problem and they said that my lower ball joint wasn't a problem (they fixed it previously). So when you find out what it is drop me a line https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

check your wheel lugs. loose wheel lugs can make the wheel wobble. aqlso is this just on one highway or anywhere you go over 60? the reason i ask is cuz if its just one road, it could just be the road itself. my car used to shake on i-95 at high speeds. i thought it was the car but after going thru that area a few tiems, even in different cars, i concluded that ti was the road and not my car

Alright, I got my tires rotated balanced and rotated and it still happens :x . I don't know about hikix, but when ever I'm on the highway and have to change to the left lane or the road curves left and i have to to turn left my car starts to wobble. The wobble feels like I'm moving the steering wheel left and right quickly, like if you were messing around. It also happens when I accelerate quickly (0-60 in 5.7 sec. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif )

Now that reminds me why i dont lend people my car

Try checking your tie rods maybe they loose or need to be replaced. Ya cant get a good wheel alignment without good tie rods.

Hey guy's I had that problem with my 95' and i found out it was the rear lower control arm bushings check them out and also check out the upper. If they are make sure you get new hardware for them and camber kit beacause you may have to cut the old ones out. try that

My g/f's had that same problem, and I was thinking ball joints. Then I saw the recall notice, so I planned on giving the dealership a call. I didn't even have to. THEY sent her the notice and we got it checked out. Both sides needed to be replaced, and were replaced free of charge.

The car no longer wobbles, and now feels tighter around corners according to her. If you didn't get that checked out, I'd definatly go for that first.
