Power Antenna Problem

My power antenna went a couple of months ago. I went through a car wash on accident and the whole thing busted off. I bought a euro antenna from ebay. Does anyone know how to get the black piece and the remaining items off of the original antenna? I have already removed the motor etc... I want to put the new antenna where the old one was.
This thing is turning into a real nightmare.

Well, I actually found out after screwing things up quite a bit, that you need a key or you need to turn the silver piece on the outside of the car. Considering that I have bent everything to hell, I guess I'm just going to have to muscle it out.
