E brake

I for some wierd reason been getting bald rear tires, more so on the passenger side then the driverside. I didnt know what the hell it was????
I got some peeps anwsers. But come to find out it is my E-brake it gets stuck!!!! Its crazy when it gets stuck it shakes and shit, CRAZY!! I am hoping to have my dad fix it pretty soon!!! https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif
