you wouldn't actually NEED anything, but you would want new struts either when you buy the springs or shortly afterwards, for 2 reasons: first of all, they would improve your ride quality greatly, and you wouldnt be feeling every little pothole or bump on the road as much. secondly, you would want new struts because the OEM ones are rated to be taking the amount of force that your lowered car is putting on them, and they'll wear down and eventually break.

check out club 3g. they are always having the group buys for the kyb shocks. there you can find out who has the best prices.

an alignment check is needed. and more than likely that check will reveal that you need an alignment.

another thing you might need is a camber correction kit. but taht alignment check will see if its really needed
