Just a question as i know the JDM headlight has different bulbs in it.

When you convert, do you make it work with your old light setup or do you adapt to the JDM one?

Just curious since i wanna get HID/Krypton instead of my original ones, but as i have JDM as standard i dont know what specifications to look at.

I forget the specs, but I would check with Reelax. He has JDM headlights with HID kits hooked up to both the high and low beams.

if you are just going to upgrade the bulbs, then you can get any H7 for the low beam and H1 hi beam. if you are upgrading to real HID then it is almost as easy. you want H7 and H1 again (although you don't have to upgrade your hi beams but i did). HID kits are plug and play as well so you just plug the igniter/ballast into the original wiring, then plug the HID bulb into the ballast. since you are not converting from USDM to JDM spec, there is no need for more wiring or other conversion harnesses.
