Power output of 7 g alternator?

what is the stock power output of a 1995 mitsubishi ESs' alternator? 2.4L I-4 sohc. asked the people at autozone.. there is 2 types.. a 75amp and a 90 amp. Anyone know where I can find a higher output alternator of the 7 g?

If you can't find an aftermarket you can have the stock one reworked for more power.
