glove box lock rattles like crazy!

hey, does anyone else have to deal with the lock on the glove box rattling on their 8g? mine rattles whenever i hit a bump and it's driving me nuts. does anyone have a fix for this?

ok, i fixed it. all you need to do is get some medium density foam and cut out a 1"x1"x1" cube. then you'll need to use a #20 torex bit or a "t20" bit. you open the glove box and use the t20 bit on the two screws that hold the lock in place. just put the cube of foam behind where the lock goes, push the locking mechanism back into place and screw it back down. no more rattling. you can hear the foam kind of slide when you lock and unlock the glove box but it doesn't hurt anything or move out of place. easy peasy. cheers.
