Need HELP..clearing corner

By doing the pull and break method, i having a hard time knocking the reflector loose. i don't if i'm doing it wrong but i need help.

What kind of tool are you using to pull/break out the orange lens?

Once you have the right tool, you just wedge it between the orange lens and the clear headlight housing and then pull on it until it breaks.

you have to pull like a mudafuga! i was seriously bracing the headlight against my feet and pulling with all my strength. then i just did it at the side to break off little pieces cuz that plastic is too strong.

This is what I used, it is a "Mini Pry Bar":

I also had the hardest time pulling out the reflector, so I added some locking pliers, and it made the job easier:

It does take a lot of effort, so don't be afraid - once I got over the first one, the second one was a lot eaiser. Also, be careful and put some tape on the prybar so as not to scratch the chrome - you might also want to put something (not tape!) on the chrome near the opening to minimize damage.

using the vise grips on the end of the pry ball is the way to go! I bought my mini pry bar at sears for $3.don't forget to put duct tape or something on the end of anything you decide to use to do it

a cheap way is to experiment with the diff sizes of flathead scredrivers u have around the house. if you can get the right angle, itll slide right off the clips. i didnt know this for one side of the housing and pretty much destroyed the inside by scratching the hell out of it lol. once you get the angle, it takes literally seconds to free it and cut it up.
