Anybody have experience with either Rota or Nippon Racing rims?

I am looking at these in particular:
Nippon Racing Light star 17x7.5 40mm (15lbs!)

Rota Attack 17x7.5 45mm (16.5 lbs!)

I'm looking for a lightweight, durable rim, but dont want to spend over $200 a piece.

Damn those Nippon wheels are thin. If you got the black ones it wouldnt even look like you had wheels at all.

I've got a friend with a set of Rota's, he hasn't had any problems with them.. of course I'm not exactly sure what kind of problems you could have with wheels (outside of camber issues). They sure look sweet, though!

I was mainly worried about rim strength, as I want something light, but dont want something too easy to bend/break either. I'm actually leaning toward the Rota, as the offset is closer.

Well then why not something forged? That will satisfy both weight and strength issues.
