3G Eclipse ECU Q?

does the 3rd Generation Eclipse ECU have an immobilizer on it?

I need to know because the owner at the local tunershop told me that so long as it doesn't he can do the swap for me...he wasn't sure at the time, so i just wanna know if it has an immobilizer or not? Thank you for your help
