oem or after market

for the 60mm throttle body swap. would it make any difference if is oem or after market . if it doesn't were can i buy an oem cause is cheaper i think and what other thing do i need like gasket and what else

i know that
-A line(stock) goes with the A1 line(1g TB)
-capped the E line(1g TB)
-combined the E and P(stock) lines an put them with the Pline(1g TB)

I capped the P, cause that is waht was capped on my 98 stock tb. Go to robs(JiPs) site and read the tutorial he made on the tb swap, everything is covered

the inputs in the tb are the A, E, P lines or what are they?

if i do it like robs i don't have to put the ecu or do i?? because it says

"1g uses a different type of motor, therefore unless you change ECU's you can't use it. Luckily like a lot of mitsu stuff, the 4g64 IAC bolt up to the 1g tb with very quick very easy modification."

If you read it again, your question is answered in it. You swap IAC's major bitch to remove the bolts on the IAC body. You have to fill in a passage in it and all this crap. Easy to do, unless you screw it up then it leaks like Seth did, pump antifreeze into your engine lol.

haha i never have gone back and tried to fix it. just bypassed the antifreeze from the tb https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif

so i don't have to use the ecu

i only have to fill in the side of the antifreeze on the tb with blue rvt of jb weld that comes in contact with the air intake of the iac the the back hole of the tb and the one in the iac that doesn't bolt on on the tb

i bougth the 1g na tb for $15 in mexico from my cousins cousin lol
