My G came with LeMans HR tires. They are an off brand made by Firestone. When the car is first driven at high speeds the wheel shakes badly. After driving for awhile it feels much better. I am wondering if the vibration can be from the tires being cold and out of round.

Some lower-end tires develope flat spots after being parked a while. This is much more evident when it is cold because the rubber becomes less pliable and the flat spots don't work out as quickly as in warm weather.

Dunno if it is a problem with your tires, just can be with some - especially in colder climates.
