I got in on the Wiseco group by I found on the 4g64 group site a while back (from Bar None Motorsports). Finally got the new pistons in the engine (came with piston rings). Got it fired up, had problems with compression, took the engine back out to figure this out.
Piston rings have fused to the pistons. Has anyone ever encountered this before? What is the cause? Car was never driven with the new engine. Had a total running time of maybe 30 minutes - spread out over a month.
