If you pull the vents out, you can gently fish the wire down with a coat hanger until it comes out near the floor then route it under the dash. Do you have Autozone where you live? They might have them, Also Advance Auto Parts if you have one of them. Last resort is to find them on ebay.

here is a list of pep boys store in NJ http://www.pepboys.com/locate/states/usa_NJ/ ('http://www.pepboys.com/locate/states/usa_NJ/') i belive the ones that they sell are made by pilot motorsports. thats what i have. pretty good IMO. you might have to extend the power wires.

if you still don't ahve luck, contect manus, the head of TGC NJ chapter. he's like the budget light king of the east coast

i was thinkin a similar idea to that just the other day, but instead of strobes i wanted to install 3" blue neons as far in there as i could so that just a ble glow would come from the vents. im probably going to try it this weekend, ill let you guys know how it goes. later

Instead of using 3" neon try using LEDs. They are a lot smaller, so it'll be easy to get em in the vent, and they're a lot cheaper than neon too. I saw a car on the eclipse forum with blue LEDs in the vents and it looked tight.

Lantboy has the Blue LED's in his vents. They look good, but a little too bright for my tastes.
