It says they have one for the 99+ and they have manual or electric ones? Why do we need a group buy if they are right here?

i got a good friggin answer too. obx seems to like to place things in their catalog that they think they are gonnamake one day. might not happen might will. but as of today, they don't exist. at least from obx.

as for modding the mirror to fit. well the base is the big thing. the wiring is easy. but yea the base, the base for the galant nad the mirage is different. im not sitting next to a mirage but i can tell that you need to drill some new mounting holes and modify the base, some cutting and some adding to make things perfect.

fitment of mirros made for other cars are pretty much the same technique. i mean for perfect fitment. which means the drilling and all that other stuff i said in my previous post.
