Hey would a front strut bar and lower tie bar for a 95-99 Eclipse fit on a 03 Galant?

and where can I find these that are at a reasonable price?

nope. you need 00+ eclipse equipment

but the lower tie bar from the 95-99 should fit perfectly on the 99+ galant

This link might help you out. OBX makes some suspension stuff for our cars, you might want to check this site out.OBX SUSPENSION PARTS ('http://www.streetstyler.com/OBXStrutBars.htm')

does anyone know if a dealership would still carry this part? cuz i know they sometimes make extras when they change the design or model, so that people can still get them. and has anyone actually done this? pix?

i don't think the eclipse has an OE lower tie bar... they are all aftermarket. there are peeps on this board that have put 2G eclipse rear lower tie bars on their 8G galants.

the dealership might carry it. but i highly doubt it. the tie bar is something aftermarket. something that never came from any of the cars that left the dealer lot.

installation is just like the installation of a front strut bar. only in a different location

Make sure that if you get one for a 2G Eclipse, it is for the FWD model. The AWD model has a different rear crossmember. Although, I'm not even sure if anyone makes a rear lower tie bar for the AWD model.
