if u have an i4...

140hp at crank roughly 115 to wheels

manual tranny swap from a 2000-2003 eclipse, 140hp at crank 130 to wheels

headers 20hp - @160
Full cat back 2.25 - 10-15 hp - @170-175
cams - 5 hp - @180
cam gears - 5hp - @185
cold air intake - 10 hp - @195
Ignition - 10hp - @ 205
Magnacore wire system - 2hp - @ 207
Throttle body - 5hp@ 212
SAFC - 2hp @ 214
High Compression Pistons with Piston rings - 30-45 hp - @ 245 roughly now. (USE PREMIUM GAS IF U GET THIS)
Sport Clutch - 1-2hp - @ 246
________________________________________________
you are now ready for a turbo and a ZEX Nos kit

t16 custom turbo - 50-100 hp @ 330 roughly
__________ new engine internals with a turbo
75 shots of nos while racing... your pushing 350 now at the fly wheel...
boost controler - 10-20 hp @ 345 roughly with out using nos...

your now putting about 300 horsepower to the ground...

hahaha you wish mods numbers add up llike that. sometimes the numbers mesh together and overlap...

o yea some of those things u can't use together with a turbo like the cold air intake, the headers, and o yea the high compression pistons, they'll blow ur engine apart...

No. These numbers don't sound right. If you or anybody that has these mods, pay the extra $$$ to have your car dyno'd, I'd be surprised if you get 175 hp.

Not even. 15% loss even on a manual tranny. Just to echo here... Numbers don't add up you will get overlap some mods will gain HP from other mods some will lose gains you torque and hp curves will change dramaticly Find a good speed shop in your area start spending money and map out your upgrades to keep down overspending and also keep your expectations in line with the mods and your pocket book.

Everyones right. If you were to take each mod and map where your gains and losses (yes, sometimes a mod may make a gain in one area and actually hurt another), you will see your equation is flawed. Some are for HP and some are for Torque. Some affect the low end, some in the middle, some up top, and some across the entire range.

A good speed shop with lots of experience will give you ideas on how to reach your objectives but this takes time, patience, a good tuner, and lots of dyno time.

if it was that easy everyone in here would be pushing those numbers but no way is that anywhere near the real amount

My buddy's 240 threw down +9 HP on the dyno from his Jacob's ignition system.

No need to get nasty we were giving honest answers to your question. There is a difference between just plug wires and a new ignition system. Something that will allow a much stronger spark and with more adjustment will allow for some gains.

o i c, the list that i took off line can u give me a rough estimate on how much gains can be made from all that?

Like everyone said, it depends on what order you do the mods and in conjunction with whatever else is on your car. A reputable mechanic is what you need to apply the mods sensibly and ensure that your car is tuned to get the most out of each one. And lots of dyno runs to see the true effect.
