I need to get some locks on these new wheels i got. Anybody know the size I need? i got centercaps on the wheels too. I think the thread size is 12mmx1.5 over a search i did on it. what I'm worried about is if they'll fit under the centercap.

i had the same problem. im using mcGard part number 24012. i have 2 sets of locks for my wheels. i plan on buying 3 more sets. really don't want these wheels going anywhere.

but yea its an cone seat and has an open end. it has a low profile design so u can use it under center caps

awesome, so i was right about that size though. I was actually thinking about gettin a couple systems too but i saw a price online for like $60 for one set. its kinda nuts all the things i forgot about that i need for the wheels to finally go on. Like now im thinkin about paint for the brakes, and chrome valve stems and caps. And damnit i still need tires for these wheels I got...

60 bucks for a set of what? 20 or 4?

http://www.performancedepot.com/brand_sear...l?compid=101514 ('http://www.performancedepot.com/brand_search.html?compid=101514') http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/Pro...842&prmenbr=361 ('http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=192842&prmenbr=361') http://www.carshopinc.com/index.php/manufa...urers_id/302024 ('http://www.carshopinc.com/index.php/manufacturers_id/302024')

thats 3 sites that have a set of 4 locks for under 20 bucks. then u have to pay for shipping.

but yea, ebay has a few. i got a set on there for 3 bucks plus 3 bucks shipping. don't only look for hte mcgard brand. i've bid on oem acura/honda/gm and toyota. just make sure they have the right thread pattern. mcgard makes locks for some of those manufacturers too.

that 60 price was for gorillas 20 lug-lock set, valve stems, covers, key, and pouch. 12mmx1.5. but i dont think they were low-pro anyway.

here are a few ebay auctions of ones that might interest you. i'd email the seller to make sure they'll fit before bidding.

and for those who don't believe u can get it for cheap, here's the 2 auctions for my locks
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=33749 ('http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2475029176&category=33749') http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=33749 ('http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2470921476&category=33749')

the set u posted looks good if it was all locks. i mean if u bought 4 of those mcgard sets then it would be 80 bucks plus shipping.
