I finally got my JDM tails from UPS (thanks Prophet!) and the tails came with this macaroni like rubber parts:

Looks like small drain tubes for water. Are there any holes or nipples for the tubes at the bottom of the lights?

They should go on the back of the tails. I'll try and take one of my lights out this weekend and take a picture for you.
