changing out the led's in those mirrors aren't like changing the bulbs in your headlights. im 99.99% sure that those LED's are soldered to the circuit board. so easiest thing i'd do is try to contact the manufacturer to see if you can get a replacement LED unit and just swap out the whole thing.

if not, then i'd take the mirror apart. get the led module out and find out what first, what is the voltage at which each LED runs at. either it be a 12v or a 3.6v or what. thats teh first thing. then you go to your favorite led store. and get the LED that not only is in the same color and size as the LED that was in there but also the voltage. if there is still many of them to choose from, talk to the people that work there and they can help you find the right one. then just remoev the old led and solder in the new one.
