Disconnecting battery with aftermarket alarm?

I have an Alpine aftermarket alarm on my G that was already installed when I purchased the car. When I do my CAI install and the battery is disconnected for awhile, does anyone know if that's going to give me any shit? Thanks in advance.

what happens is the alarm is triggered when the battery is off, but it cant go off until you reconnect the battery, so as soon as you reconect it... it goes off. after that, just press your button to turn the alarm off, and everything is back to normal.
