change serpentine belt

anybody know how to change the serp belt on a 99 4cyl es. my friend did it himself on his camaro, but there's not easy access with the galant. is this possible for me to do? how much for someone else to do it?

Which one - the PS/AC belt or the Alt. belt? They're both pretty easy. For the PS/AC belt, the belt tension bolt is on the AC bracket. Loosen the locking nut, then back the tension bolt out to release the belt. Reinstall new belt in reverse order. On the Alt. belt, the tension bolt is on the Alt. bracket. Again, just loosen the locking nut, back out the tension bolt and replace belt.

you know where a tutorial is or something. it just doesn't seem like you could get your hands in that amount of space to do it. pics?
