SRS Light?

For the first time since i replaced my airbag computer when i first bought my car in 2003 the srs light came on and than off and than wouldn't shut off on my drive home tonight. What could it be? A failing airbag?

My car was in an accident before i bought it so what could it be? Would it still be under-mitsu warranty if all the parts were replaced correctly after the accident?

Contact your dealer. Who knows what's goin' on under there.

who replaced the parts after the accident? mitsu might not pay to fix your problem if they say the work was done by somebody else.

Or if "genuine mitsubishi parts" weren't used... you know how they get...

mine just came on today also. I did do a cold air intake this weekend but I doubt that is the reason why the light came on. Is there anyway to check it without having the dealer charge you 100 bucks to look at it?

i'd go to the dealer. srs is the airbag system. thats a safety issue. when it comes to your life, money shouldn't be an option
