I was wondering is that a good place to ground has anyone used that?

i've used it to ground my deck. it works

wow, i never thought of that. i used under the backseat, where the seat belt bolts on to, for my amp.

heres another ground for ya
under the center console
lift the armrest and there is a rubber mat, lift that and there are 2 screws
under there is a few bolts that hold down the Ebrake..those are right to the chassis
