I think you're right, Z. Maybe photoshop it and see what it looks like? I don't know if that'll be easier.

the high beam goes closer to the middle and the low beam goes closer to the outside.

the high beam goes closer to the middle and the low beam goes closer to the outside.

i get that and he does too but i imagine he means which one would be better for more light.... the low beam being big in the big slot or small in a smaller slot??

these are the headlights that Z is transplainting

the way Z takes pictures, i know not to judge them really by size. him taking weird angles.

but yea he said one hole is bigger than the other. that means the projector is one size and the high beam, which is just a bulb and a reflector is another.

well z u might wanna have gotten the mold off the clear plastic lens,,,,fiberglassed iside then popped it out and u would have a perfect mold of the lamp,,and i think those projectors are too small,,theres tons of space on each side,,,just looks funny...anyways man good luck on that

at first, i thought the bigger hole should have been on the inside, but then after picturing it, bigger hole is definitely fine where it is. imagine a car with 2 slightly different diameter headlights, and the bigger one is on the outside. that would look awfull.

Just a rough, quick ps, but maybe this would give you an idea of what it might look like:

Personally, I like the Small Outside, Big Inside.

On a related note, here are some projectors that just came out for the 3G eclipse:

yeah, i kinda change my opinion now. however, either way will look tight as hell.

If you were to follow body lines and keep a symmetrical center-weighted look then the center lights should be larger.

Pic to demonstrate. The Green lines are equal length.
