Will these 18's fit without modification?

Hi, I have these 18x7.5" with an offset of 42mm by ADR Spade. My tires are 225/40R/18. My question is, will these fit without any modification at all, and will there be rubbing? Will I need spacers? If so, what size, 5mm or 10mm? Please help soon.

as long as you have the right bolt pattern you shouldn't run into major issues.

It'll fit... but like Pinoyes said As long as you have the right bolt pattern.. should be 5x114.3 or something like that.... I'm too tired and I can't think right now
