Found this on the Club3G forums, and thought some of you guys might be interested:

Looks like it may fit the empty slot with maybe some minor modification - guy is selling it for $25.

Pretty cool looking but I like that extra slot to hold my sunglasses and cell phone.

price is kinda steep. well, to tell you the truth, really steep.

if you got an hour or two you can make one of those for under 5 bucks

here's a picture of mine. i've gone through many different designs. but this is the one i have now. i've gone through the simple ones like that mitsu symbol to this one i have now.

and yea, mine did light up. well, up until i cut the wires for the lights. but if i were to hook up the lights to a 12v source, they would light up again

that one, i didn't make. my little sister made that for me. but i know she probably just used regular photoshop to make.

here goes my original one way back in i think 2k1. just found a picture of it. this one is a lil bit more up close

[b]exactly how is that done? I was thinking of buying a piece of clear blue plastic, making a stencil of either the Mitsu logo, or my name, then spray painting it. Seems easy enough. (Famous last words)

[b]then what, do you just run another light in there? Great, I hate running wires in that jungle behind the dash.

[b]How easy is it to tie said light into the switch that turns on all the dash lights? I'd rather not fuck my G up, like when I changed the color of my gauge needles... my shits are still off. Lol, serves me right though.

it depends on the light you are using to light up the plate. i know i used LED's so i can tap power for that practically anywhere. the accesory outliet is right there so you can always tap for powwer there. its all up to you how you want it wired up, my car has miles and miles or aftermarket wiring that i've added for various components in my car.

[b]I'll probably just put a bulb in there, or maybe a 4" neon.
