Anybody know if a 3G eclipse HFC will fit our cars. There's a local shop that sells them for cheap...... :idea:

the make aftermarket cats specifically for the 3g now? i thought they were just universal... :?

I dont know if he had any for the 3G but i did check out a couple that he had for a 2G.....I'll ask him next time im out there.....or i'll research it on the net....

I thought it depended on the size of the pipes...but why wouldnt you just go with the RPW one that is made for our car????

the weirdest thing, well i recommended this shop to benard that does mandrel bent exhausts. and well they had his car up on the lift looking measureing for the cat back and benard was thinking about a HFC. the guy went over and got a HFC and they compared the two. and they were pretty much the same...except for that benards was like dirty and stuff cuz it was used...hmm just a thought

I would buy the HFC from RPW but this guy was selling a 2G eclipse turbo straight pipe for $80. If he can get me the same deal for a HFC for a 3G eclipse then i'll go for that.....
