I need to know what year Galant are people wanting kits for. I work at Sense Motorsports and we have recieved some calls requesting a kit to be made by us but the years are different. Please post the more popular years so we know.

Depends how the kit looks, if you get a general idea photoshoped on the car you'll spark interest.

the more pictures the better so you get better feedbacks from galant owners.
and as long as it doesn't take the whole season to make it (ahem to erac1ng) https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif
then it shouldn't be hard for people who wants better kits for their G
to buy a pretty decent kit.

I can't speak for the 7G guys, but I have been montioring the body interest for the 8G Galant for some time and have tried to get several made including the one that Erac1ng is "supposed" to have coming, but seem to be dragging their feet on, which is the VR-4 Lip kit. But it seems like most here are wanting:

1) JDM style "lip kits" as a subtle add to their car, and who don't want a too "aggressive" change to their sedan

2) A full kit to mirror the "Vouge" and "Dolphin" kits available in Japan for the J-spec Galant also some have expressed an interest in the "Skyline R34" type kit too.

3) Seems like alot of people have showen a late interest in the "Buddy Club 2" type kit

4) Many have also expressed an interest in having a widebody kit or at least a bolt on fender flare option they can use with any kit.

I feel that any kit that you may design that captures the style of the above mentioned kits will be a good seller. I think most Galant owners feel that the current kits that are offered for us are a bit too aggressive or "ricey" for what is consider a luxury sedan versus a racer's coupe.

and whatever kit you make...don't delay or make false promises about the finished install and paint for a kit....

This thing looks like the shit. It looks alot loke Cali's dolphin bumper but different (look at the sides and mesh area). It looks like a factory bumper with a lip. I like the dolphin alot but this appears to be much smoother and to have a better flow. This or the buddy club 2 would be awesome and sell very well.

not to threadjack, but Cali what is the ground clearance on your front bumper and do you have coilovers or just springs...

BTW, making a mold of that dolphin bumper would be sweet!

umm guys, i think you are missing the big IF... you or some company (or both) would have to compensate CALI for his trouble. it would not make any sense for him to give up part of his car for NO reason other than to give you guys the ability to have the exact same kit as him. money talks, BS walks.
