Filter Rubbing

I installed my Injen intake ( short ram ) on my GTZ with no problem a while ago, but i was just taking a close look at my filter because i was going to switch to K&N, when I saw that my filter in rubbing on my headlight. Any one else run into this problem? Should I down size to a smaller filter or file down the bracket were the intake gets bolted down from. The bolt holding the intake in place is just holding from the very edge of the bracket. Whats the best solution????

i'd make sure that the intake pipe is slid all the way up into that elbow thats next to the tb. that should push your filter away from the headlight
