Are there any M3 mirrors available for a 2002 galant or different types of mirrors? If there are let me know. And How much would it cost to redo my interior to 2-tone leather and also new vinyl on the dash???

yeah bro, if you search you will find your answers about the M3 mirrors. But to anwer your :?: about the 2-tone leather seats, you can either go with http://www.leatherseats.com ('http://www.leatherseats.com') or http://www.autoleathers.com/HTML2/AL.MAIN.FS.html ('http://www.autoleathers.com/HTML2/AL.MAIN.FS.html') The vinyl shouldn't be that much.

i have m3 mirrors. you cant get em for the galant. you have to get the 94-97???? accord mirrors which are the closest. you have to modify and drill a whole or two to fit nicely.. i did 3 compeletely new ones and it looks like it came with the G. or you can have a shop do it.

do you have any pictures for them on your car? did you drill the new holes in the black part where the original bolts were?

well according to this wesite they have a model that bolts right up with no mods for the 99+ galant:

just thought i would throw that out there...maybe we can take that part number and check to see if we can get them cheaper on ebay

Nope, not gonna have any luck on that, they tired a big groupbuy with more than one vendor and no luck in getting them made, as far as obx ever making them i dont even know if they did or just listed them in their catalog i never seen or heard of anyone with them on their g's.

i wonder how many other cars mirrors would work with minor adjustments. it seems like a pretty standard look. just a triangle, lol. if i still had my G, i would hit up junk yards and try fitting a whole bunch of mirrors, haha.

Here is my install of the M3 mirrors, but they were for the 98+ Accord. They were a bi*ch to for me to mod. Someone ran into my car and broke the driver side one off since these pics, but I just got a new set off of E-Bay for the 94-97. I am gonna fit them up and then get them painted to match. I will post pics when I am done!

did that before. there are a buncha cars that look like they'll fit pretty easily onto the galant. the big thing that limits you is that most car's dont have aftermarket m3 style mirros for their cars.

the mirrors i have on my car are from the 94-97 accord and IMO, they fit like ass. i know they coulda been worse but yea, you can't really complain when they weren't made for your car. i've been spending quite some time, on my spare time fiberglassing and using filler to hopefully make these one day fit perfectly on my car.

in the piks are they look like they have a 1 piece housing? try to get ones that have the 2 piece housing cuz the 2 piece ones have the outer part spring loaded so its harder to break when sum1 hits the mirror.

yeah, I was being hard headed. it was a one piece, but these new ones i got are a two piece

I hate it when people just read the question and not the replies and then reply and make them selves look stupid like that. :nono:

Werd to that. It's also the same when you post a dillema and some idiot who doesn't know or experienced the problem type something like:

- "...gee, I don't know the problem so I feel your pain..."

But, to sum up this thread is to go and buy a 94-97 Accord M3 mirrors on Ebay for around $30.00 (ship included), use a Dremel tool (rotor tool for some) to chisel the unwanted piece, and use filler paste to cover up the damage. I do something like that for a living every day and you know what? It's not that difficult. Go try it and good luck!
