Cheap CAI for $60.00?!? WTF?!?

Lately I've been seeing this on Ebay. Typed "Cold air intake Eclipse V6" and many off brand CAI under $70 bucks kept showing up. Has anybody try them? Knowing the price it came the performance may be compromised. Please help!
