I just wanted to know if the 1 piece JDM headlights fit and with what kind of mods? is it harder than the 2 piece? And for the side markers, how can i clear them, and how do i measure where to put them?

Yeah the 1pc jdms will fit fine, just gotta rewire the headlights. Jdms use different bulbs and corner lights are funtional turn signals, instead of parking lights. You won't be able to clear the side markers, might as well get some after market clear ones instead, cheaper too. You gotta look at vr6's 7g and estimate where you wanna put em.

For the headlights you have to cut down the bumper supports... I used a hacksaw.

As for the sidemarkers, you'll have to drill a hole of course, and then run the wires.

Sorry forgot about the cutting, install the headlights in place, then approximate how much is needed to be cut off the bumper support when you slide it back on. Two slits need to be made where the bumper support meets the headlights. Yeah any good cutting tool will do, as long as it gets the job done, I used an electric saw. Good luck, have fun.

i would think that if you have a 5 door 7gen galant, you probably already have the JDM headlights. i thought they came standard on every galant in the world except the North American 7gen galant.
Are your headlights plastic or glass?
Now if you want USDM headlights, i'm sure there's someone on this board somewhere who will love to trade with you. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif
