TUTORIAL WANTED?!

I've seen several galants with the BMW looking halogen head lights. If any of you know how the conversion/modification is done, could you post up a tutorial or something for it. I've seen the "Demon Eye" Kit on ebay but I didn't want to buy it yet because I wasn't sure if that was the way to go.
