I was hesitant to do it since my heads were new but hey I'm bored so I what the hell.

I thought it would be the same procedure as clearing USDM heads... so I pull it up with no luck... I drill two holes and make a bigger hole and crack one half of the piece. Still won't budge. After many holes and many hours of beer, the lens still wouldn't budge. Finally being drunk and all and having gone this far in drilling the lens out, I decided to do the oven trick.

Preheat oven 10 mins at 200 and turn off
Put the heads in for 5 minutes
Took the heads out tried prying the side..... was a bit loose but still hard.
Heat again at 200 and put heads inside as well.
Took out after 3 mins...wow this sucker is hot.
Using a paper cutter, cut through the sides with much difficulty since the glue stuck on the blade. Put the tabs up with the flat screw driver. Made a round about then pried one side with a flat screw...ooh this thing is loose.

Pried a little more going to the top.. half way open, used my hands and pried the whole thing seperate woooohooo...

Now thats why the thing wouldn't budge. The @#$!&! was SCREWED on!!!!

Look at the ridiculous screw :

ahh all back together. This must be the easiest part of the whole thing.

Heat oven again @ 250 this time cause it seems 200 just didn't cut it for me for 10 mins.

Put top and bottom cover glue facing up while oven still on for another 3 minutes.

Remove and stick the two together. I put a vise-grip on one corner and pushed the head down for about 5 minutes. Left to cool down for another 10 minutes.

Put back in oven for 3 minutes.

Remove and repeated the same procedure for a nice tight seal.
