Your problem isnt the car it is the kit that is the worst one I have ever seen you or your body man are going to have to add to make it fit right.

Lambo door on a pick up truck looks good, check out this chevy with them

Never mind, I found some searching the forum. Thankx anyway. Is that the only one that doesn't require taking off the bar? I mean the bar IS for protection in case of an accident right? I'd rather leave it there if that's the case.

Wow! That's one horrible kit. It looks like part of it was cut off. That's what happens when you go cheap. Never buy a kit from some no named company or ebay. You should have went with VIS.

always go with a company thats known to put out a decent fitting kit and decent quality even if its couple hundred more its worth it in the long run.. cus the bodywork is where you get raped otherwise.. its not cheap at all

Yeah, I read where you got it from, which is why I said not to get a kit from no named companies. I just added ebay to the mix so others can read this and hopefully stay away from bad kits.

www.visracing.com is VIS's website. They are the ones to initially bring that kit here to the states. The kit is JDM, so yeah, there will still be small fitment issues, but nothing like the kit you have. See, the kit you have and the one sold by most of the other no named companies on the web, are made of crappy quality fiberglass. Plus what they do is get a kit from VIS, make a mold of it, then start making their own copies to sell. When they make the mold, it usually ends up making the parts slightly smaller. It doesn't quite explain why your front bumper is so screwed up though. Basically, the only places I would get that kit from, would be ones that are distributors for VIS.

Hey DANJ, do you know if the vis kit requires crash bar removal? I really do not want to take my cb off incase I get into an accident. I like the look of the JDM kit compared to the usdm kit, but if fitment is that bad, I'm going to have to suck it up and just go USDM.
