Whinning Sound

I have an 2002 GTZ with 58500 miles on it. I just got the 60k miles service done. The whole thing. Water pump,plugs, belts, etc... But when i turned it in it was just fine now when I got it back, my car sounded like a humming or whinning sound. When I left the shop the guy was its just the belts breaking in but after getting home it just didn't sound right. I took it to the dealer ship and they said it just fine. it was still kinda hard to believe so then I took it to another shop in a different city and they told me the same thing. You can only hear it at low speed when I rev up the engine like when i take off from a stop sign, at higher speed the road noise blocks it out. its coming from the front right side please help!!! Is my car ok ????

you have a sound clip?? there are a bunch of noises that come from the engine bay so it could be natural or it could mean something is wrong. gotta hear it to tell you the truth.
