that shit 8 my battery holder dam near through. If anyone else has this prob. theres some stuff called acid neutralizer kills acid. my dad had it for 5 years dont know if u can still get but it works , then i sprayed some rubberized undercoating on the tray looks brand new. im waitng for it to dry then off to the car wash. P.S . the rubberized undercoating is also good for deading sound (vibrations, rattling , road noise) bought it at advace auto $3.50 big ass can.

Simple baking soda also neutralizes battery acid.

Why would a battery been leaking anyway
Unless its been topped up to much if its a top up style
or not used distilled water or cells are damaged

Hehehe...why does soda pop neutralize acid when it contains citric acid? The CO2? Those of you who were in band know what I'm talking about...a few weeks is all it takes for a soda drinking maniac to seriously corrode the instruments https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif
