Well I had to get my car jumped on Thursday to go to the Mitsu dealership.. wasnt sure why.. it ran real well after I got it jumped, and todau I go out there and again the battery is dead. My friend thinks its because I moved my ground wire from one of my taillight bolts to a bolt on the roof of the trunk inside.. like right beneath the brake lights. Is that why? And where does everyone else ground their amp?

So it happened after you instaled your amp? I say check your wiring the amp might be staying on pulling power from the bat. as for testing the alt. im not to sure but try this get a volt meter and see the battery voltage around 2-3k should be around 14.2-14.8 (give or take .1 or .2 )
