Mass Air Flow Sensor Bracket

i Got a 99 galant I4 and got aem cold air intake , intake didnt came with the braket that would go to mass air flow sensor and the intake since MAS is square one side and round other side, so please help me find the braket or if you have any suggestions, need help as soon as possible, and yea i called the aem they said intake dont come with it, or they weren't trying to help me out

NEVER WOULD HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH INJEN! Just kidding man I am not sure how the AEM :roll: CAI works but I am pretty sure if thei kit dosn't come with the MAS Adapter then you can buy one. I believe that you Can buy one for like 50-80 bills. But dont quote me on that but it seems strange that they don't have one. Bad buisness if you ask me especially since they didn't wanna help you.
On the Flip side of it did they send you a Bypass Valve? I thing the Bypass Valve goes on one end of the sensor and I am not sure what to tell you about the other.

You can buy them for like $20-30 bills. but it should have come with it, if it was for a Mitsu

type in Galant as your search keyword. uhm there should be like one or more on each page.

Searching for MAS adapter, Eclipse MAS adapter, Galant MAS adapter, MAS, MAS Galant, MAS Eclipse, didn't turn up shit. Nothing in completed auctions, either.

thats one of the auctions that i was referring to. uhm i'd email the seller. something really fishy is up with it. just because of the description of the piece and the picture. either the description is right and the picture is wrong...or the picture is right and the seller can't measure...

procarparts.com will have them listed under the 2g eclipse turbo. uhm if your local shop sells intakes you can try to get a MAS adaptor from any of the intake manufaturers like AEM injen weapon-r and others. just remmber that all mitsu MAS adaptor bolt patterns are teh same, the opening where u bolt the filters on aren't. a lil tip from the experienced, try to get one with a nipple (nipple for the filter) that is as small as possibly, like a 3 inch or something

It should have been included, mine did. Contact either the people you bought it from or AEM themselve. And make sure you have the proof of purchase, I'm sure they'll send you one for free.
