Whats better 6.5's or 6.5 oversize

hey whats is better for my 99 galant front door speakers, 6.5 or the 6.5 oversize because Blaupunkt has these components sets and i want to know what size is better and i know about having space so the window can roll all the way down becuase they have the thin line series that is thiner so you can fit speakers in tight spaces.

our 8g's use 6.5 oversized but I put 7's on mine and they fit just fine
