Tints without windows rolling down

Okay i have a problem with my windows as they dont work... but i would like to get them tinted is it possible without actually rolling them down ?

Dude my windows r fucked!! if u wanna read them about the problem i have it in 8g problem forum!! its a bitch!!! it will cost 1700 according to the dealership and thats just an estimate!! so wud i prefer 50$ tint or 1700 windows!! i can live with AC i guess!!!

You know, the tinting shop takes the windows out. They don't put them down. I THINK they can take them out with out rolling em down (which itself shouldnt be hard after getting the door apart).
