They have that for sale at www.importintelligence.com

However, it doesn't appear to work for Galants 99+

I have an 01 Galant GTZ. Maybe if we all showed enough interest they'd make one for us??

Also, would anyone know how to fabricate one yourself? I'd love mine to look identical to that.

Just a note, they don't make kits specific to each car, but sell them for needle size (large and small). I actually ordered a set and will let you know how it goes.

Here's a pic I found of the kit before installation:

Yeah I checked it out and it is gonna be about $78 for a needle kit shipped. I wonder if it will look good with the S7 gauges or if it would be a lil too much confusion.

$72 shipped about a week or 2 or $76 shipped for week or less.

I'm actually going for a different look and took out my S7s

What color did you get? I want the ultra blue. From reading the install instructions does it seem like it will be an easy install?

Getting Red - judging from the picture I posted above, looks like you will have to remove the needles, then place the LED ring where the needle goes, then replace the needle. You'll probably need to clear the needles as well.

if my memory is still good, vegasmatt had a set of these way way long time ago. back when his wheels were gold. he might be able to answer your question about install and fitment.

i believe if you go to altimas.net, they had a tutorial on how to make your own kit. the tutorial isn't for the galant but you might be able to modify the tutorial to make it fit in the galant.

The guy got back to me today, the kit is not compatible with our cars. Maybe someone can harass him until he makes one https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

i wonder why they wont fit out cars? i would think that the eclipse needles would be the same size as ours, but i could be wrong. i'd definately be interested in something like this, so keep us posted on what happens.

maybe someone would like to be our guinea pig and buy a set to try it out for themselves. i'm willing to donate 1 dollar.

Where's my dollar? https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

I really don't see why they shouldn't work - the requirements are that you have clear lexan needles, which we do have (aside from the top of the needle which is painted). Either way, I'll *make* them work.
