Thermostat Question

Ok I will be changeing my thermostat and thermostat housing soon and I was wondering if there are any better quality, or better performance part I can use for this other than stock.

If you can get a low temp thermostat it is supposed to better for your car and help with performance so I have heard.maximus

Actually the engine works more efficiently at operating temperature. Just go with a stocker......whatever
