Magnecor Wires

Ok This may seem like an odd question but can someone please tell me if you order Magne Core Wires. Should you only be recieving 2 wires!????

for the i4? yes 2 wires. the v6 has 6.

I bought some Irridium NGK plugs and I just got these wires.

How am I supposed to connect these now? I mean 2 wires? What about the other 2 Plugs?

That is what I am saying. I ordered some Magnecor wires for my I4 from Ebay and I only recieved 2 wires. That doesnt make any sense. 4cly = 4 wires. They only gave me 2!!

Call/email the company. You cant run just 2 wires.

trust me the 8g i4 only has 2 wires... distributerless ignition (2 coils). go to your car and open your hood CHERO; u will understand once you look at your engine.

u only get 2 wires. if u pop the hood and look at the wires it explains itself.

Thats odd, do the wires split or something? Or does one wire juts control 2 cylinders?

Ok you get two wires b/c a coil is connected to a spark plug and you have two packs for the I4. The wires plug in to the pack on one end and the spark plug on the other end.

Even though the car has 4 spark plugs it only has two wires, because the great engineers at Mitsubishi thought it funny to put two ignition coils directly on two spark plugs and then have two wires coming off those ignition coils to the other two plugs.
