Newbie to TGC, I have looked at some other forums and I keep coming back to TGC because it seems to have the most members and a lot of helpful info.

I own a 7g that I need to change the bushings in, I have looked around and done a lot of searches and can't find any good information on what to use, either the Prothane or Energy. Has anyone actually put either one of these kits for the 2g on a 7g and if so how is the ride and how many of the bushings do you use from the kit.

yeah, and that's for the 2g ofcourse. i bought prothanes, but i didn't install them, a lot of people say the squeak. i want to sell them and get the energy suspension bushings. although, the prothanes are easier to install.

http://www.roadraceengineering.com/eclsuspension.htm ('http://www.roadraceengineering.com/eclsuspension.htm') for the 2g, 95-99.

i do believe all of the energy suspension ones can be used. someone has definitely installed the energy ones. i can't remember who though.

i found the energy kit on ebay for $105 which looks a hell of a lot cheaper than the prothane. i just don't want the ride to be as stiff as a gocart, i want to be able to drive my car and have it comfortable too.
