ON My rims on the other hand..have a LIP...or a DISH on them ....

oh that's what you were talking about. those are integrated metal stems that go through the wheel from behind (multi-piece wheels) and the stem caps are chrome and blue and say "RAYS" on them. the caps probably cost $50-$100 by themselves.

That is cool but I dont know if it is work 22 dollers. I think I will just hold of and hope lil punks dont keep coming back. It is not even the fact that they took them it is that punks touched my car you know it bugs me. Anyway thanks for finding that it seriously is a really good idea.
