new front signal bulbs

I had to replace the signal bulbs
and picked these up cheap at a store by me they were 1.25 for the set of 2 whatcha guys think...a lil ricey or no
all I know is when i put the signal on they it doesnt making a clicking sound it says pull me over https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif
there is also a shot or 2 of my new decal I got on my windshield for the car club I am in
also the shot with the driver side headlight brighter then the passenger side is of my wigwags on
and also tried to take a pic of the light that my foglights give off
they are a gold ion bulb

look good w. jus the underbody kit on but for regular driving they are too blue
